As one of Canada’s leading brand builders and a frequent speaker on brand experience, content marketing and audience engagement, Baron applies his distinctive vision and expertise to the current and future needs of his clients. Baron is adept at developing and executing marketing strategies that grow brands and align messages with maximum results.  His work has been recognized with both business growth along with national and international industry recognition.  Baron’s work has contributed to the marketing success of many leading brand organizations including:  Visa, Conagra, Unilever, RBC, Maserati, Ontario's Ministry of Education, and Colliers.

Baron is the founder of Per Se Brand Experience, a brand consultancy focussed on helping organizations reach, relate and grow successfully and sustainably. Baron co-chaired the Canadian Marketing Association’s 2013 and 2014 Content Marketing Show conferences, along with the 2015 Canadian Creative Conference. He co-authored the CMA Paper on Content Marketing (2013) and is the lead instructor for the Canadian Content Strategy course program. He is an active industry mentor and supporter.  Most recently, Baron served as a judge for the 2015 Canadian Marketing Awards & Gala. 








Andrea is a recent graduate of Seneca College where she graduated with honours from the Creative Advertising program, with a focus on Account Services. She lent her skills as an intern for Toronto Kids Fashion week as an Event Coordinator. She joins Per Se as an Account Supervisor and will be focusing on project and program planning and coordination.






Shaun graduated with honours from the Seneca Creative Advertising program, recognized for his Art Direction, Strategy, and Design excellence. His previous experience as a Creative Strategist at #Paid allowed him to work with brands such as Coca-Cola and Uber - helping cultivate his passion for strategic thinking and fully integrated campaign management.  
Shaun's work as a freelance brand strategist and creative consultant has enabled him to push the boundaries of creativity and help brands create stories that drive results. Overall, Shaun is a passionate, creative and strategic thinker dedicated to achieving business objectives and strategically solving problems.

Maria is a Communicator and recent graduate with honours of Seneca College from the Creative Advertising Program, with a focus on Account Services. She is driven to utilize exceptional design and clear communication in every single asset to co-work with her team and clients to present strategies and creative ideas in the best possible light.


Her two years of experience as a Community Manager back at home taught her how to be assertive, creative, and foremost strategically organized to keep the team up to speed to deliver the best results.








Veronica comes to us with valuable experience in Trade Marketing & Communications in diverse industries like Consumer Goods, Finance, Automobile, and Tech Startups. She has a master's degree in Marketing and Communications which she attended in Italy. Her background includes working with Johnson & Johnson, Jaguar Land Rover, Colombina, and Bancolombia Financial Group, all of these experiences being marketing-related.

She is currently in the Creative Advertising program at Seneca College, where she has been recognized for her strong strategic thinking and her ability to come up with creative and innovative ideas to meet customers' needs. Overall, Veronica is a responsible, organized, and committed collaborator, who can communicate assertively, grasp new concepts quickly, and work positively within a team environment.






Amy is an honours graduate of Film Studies, Creative Advertising and Digital Marketing. She joins Per Se with over 4 years of experience as a Marketing Project Lead at a top B2B metrology manufacturing company. Her experience has focused on in-house marketing including brand identity, strategy, design and accounts across Canada. 


In her new role as Account Manager at PSBX, Amy is excited to bring her passion and enthusiasm to the team. She values finding the balance between creative and account planning, and is looking forward to building new client relationships.






Dorene comes to us with over 7 years of experience in the customer service industry. 

 She has a passion for data, content creation and social media, having worked at STOCK T.C and growing their social presence from zero to over 18,000 strong. Prior to PSBX, Dorene interned at start-up companies in the beauty industry, helping her hone her skills in content creation, email marketing and e-commerce.


Dorene feels immense gratitude and happiness to have the opportunity to join the creative minds here at Per Se. She is excited to bring her perspective and experience into the creative process from start to finish.




As a Creative Director/ Art Director, Rob has led top agency teams to transform creative briefs into great work and positive business results for such renowned brands like: BMW, Coca-Cola, Sofina Foods, CIBC, Government of British Columbia, Kraft Foods, Unilevar, Art Gallery of Ontario, Telus, Wendy's Canada, Ferrero Rocher, Nissan, Infiniti, RBC Financial Group, William Grant and Sons, Microsoft Xbox 360, Intell/Dell, Mobil 1, and OLG Lottery Group.

He is passionate about design, committed to collaboration with teams, and dedicated to the best results for clients and brands. He offers extensive experience in: Ideation and Design, Shopper Marketing, Brand Activation, Digital, and Advertising.






Tova Paul leads the overall Program Operations at Per Se Brand Experience. Tova is an experienced marketing leader known for both industry innovation and executional excellence. Her career is distinguished by 20 years of success in the consumer, healthcare, compliance and pharma technology sectors. Her strategic focus and customer-first approach for achieving business objectives in all aspects of marketing programs to consumers.

Jason Dojc is a veteran marketing agency strategist who recently moved over to academia. The self-proclaimed 'unaccredited anthropologist' spent his agency life helping clients across a broad spectrum of industries understand how digital, social, mobile, and other 'geeky' stuff affects their customer's behaviour. He then turned that knowledge into planning effective marketing strategies. Now he is training the next generation of marketers to do the same... well hopefully, even better.
