BARON MANETT 

As one of Canada’s leading brand builders and a frequent speaker on brand experience, content marketing and audience engagement, Baron applies his distinctive vision and expertise to the current and future needs of his clients. Baron is adept at developing and executing marketing strategies that grow brands and align messages with maximum results.  His work has been recognized with both business growth along with national and international industry recognition.  Baron’s work has contributed to the marketing success of many leading brand organizations including:  Visa, Conagra, Unilever, RBC, Maserati, Ontario's Ministry of Education, and Colliers.

Baron is the founder of Per Se Brand Experience, a brand consultancy focussed on helping organizations reach, relate and grow successfully and sustainably. Baron co-chaired the Canadian Marketing Association’s 2013 and 2014 Content Marketing Show conferences, along with the 2015 Canadian Creative Conference. He co-authored the CMA Paper on Content Marketing (2013) and is the lead instructor for the Canadian Content Strategy course program. He is an active industry mentor and supporter.  Most recently, Baron served as a judge for the 2015 Canadian Marketing Awards & Gala.

ASHLEIGH JOHNSON

Ashleigh brings integrated marketing and CPG experience to our team.  Her past work with leading CPG brands includes Knorr, Becel and Kinder - just to name a few.  She is a passionate marketer and collaborator and brings ten years of advertising and marketing experience that spans multiple categories including CPG, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Travel, and Alcohol Beverages. 

 

Her diverse skill set is rooted in strong account leadership and client service and she is well versed in strategic brand planning, and fully integrated campaign management across multiple channels and audiences. She is  a problem solver and a true collaborator.

CLEMENT WONG

ACCOUNT COORDINATION 

Clement Wong, began his career in Music Marketing; most notably with BMG Music Canada. He spent many years cutting his teeth on Experiential Marketing, and is very involved in his community, helping to produce and promote cultural festivals and events, making a name for himself as a DJ, as well as serving as The Chair of Safety for the AIDS Committee of Toronto for the past 8 years.

 

More recently he has worked with Per Se Brand Experience in both a Strategic & Account Services capacity, helping to manage and produce various campaigns and activations for brands and organizations like; MolsonCoors, ConAgra, Orville Redenbacher, ACT II Popcorn and The Ontario College of Trades. Clement is also an Advisory Board Member of Toronto’s Ensemble Marketing Event Series.

TOVA PAUL 

OPERATIONS LEAD

Tova Paul leads the overall Program Operations at Per Se Brand Experience. Tova is an experienced marketing leader known for both industry innovation and executional excellence. Her career is distinguished by 20 years of success in the consumer, healthcare, compliance and pharma technology sectors. Her strategic focus and customer-first approach for achieving business objectives in all aspects of marketing programs to consumers.

ROB CIANCAMERLA

DESIGN LEAD

As a Creative Director/Art Director, Rob has led top agency teams to transform creative briefs into great work and positive business results for such renowned brands as: BMW, Coca-Cola, Sofina Foods, CIBC, Government of British Columbia, Kraft Foods, Unilever, Art Gallery of Ontario, Telus, Wendy’s Canada, Ferrero Rocher, Nissan, Infiniti, RBC Financial Group, William Grant & Sons, Microsoft XBox 360, Intel/Dell, Mobil 1 and OLG Ontario Lottery Group.

He is passionate about design, committed to collaboration with teams, and dedicated to the best results for clients and brands. He offers extensive experience in: Ideation and Design, Shopper Marketing, Brand Activation, Digital, and Advertising.

SELINA TESTANI

VISUAL DESIGN

Selina is a recent graduate of the Graphic Communications Management program at Ryerson University with a Bachelor's of Technology and a Minor in Marketing. Selina is currently a Student of Creative Advertising at Seneca College pursuing a career in Art Direction. She has been recognized for her excellence in Art Direction, Copywriting, Strategic Planning, and Desktop Design.

 

She has had experience as a Branding and Marketing Intern, Project Manager Intern, and a Junior Marketing Coordinator. Overall, she a passionate, hardworking, and creative individual who is driven by the accomplishment of turning creative yet, strategic ideas into success-driven realities.
