Baron's work has contributed to the marketing success of many leading brand organizations including: RBC, Visa, Conagra, Unilever, Maserati, CIBC, Harris Bank, D+H, Ontario's Ministry of Education, and TD Bank. Baron's notable career spans the worlds of marketing strategy, branded entertainment, content, and experiential marketing. His focus on innovation, quality, and results, coupled with his experience in launching and growing some of North America's leading brands enable the development of marketing ideas and programs that connect and resonate with both consumer and B2B audiences. Baron is the founder of Per Se Brand Experience, a brand consultancy focused on helping organizations reach, relate, and grow successfully and sustainably. Baron founded and chaired the Canadian Marketing Association's 2013 and 2014 Content Marketing conferences, along with the 2015 Canadian Creative Conference. He co-authored the CMA Paper on Content Marketing and developed the Canadian Content Strategy course program. He is an active industry mentor and supporter. Baron is the Co-founder of Ensemble, a quarterly content series highlighting the future of communication, talent, and brands. He is passionate about financial literacy and the work that organizations can do to add value to audiences looking for utility. He is a Professor of Marketing at the Seneca School of Business in Toronto where his work is focused on audience behaviour, content integration, and brand experience. He holds an MBA in Arts & Media Management from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
