His relentless focus on innovation, quality and results, coupled with his experience in launching and growing some of North America’s leading brands enable the development of marketing ideas and programs that connect and resonate with both consumer and B2B audiences.
Baron is the founder of Per Se Brand Experience, a brand consultancy focussed on helping organizations reach, relate and grow successfully and sustainably. Baron co-chaired the Canadian Marketing Association’s 2013 and 2014 Content Marketing Show conferences, along with the 2015 Canadian Creative Conference. He co-authored the CMA Paper on Content Marketing (2013) and is the lead instructor for the Canadian Content Strategy course program. He is an active industry mentor and supporter. Most recently, Baron served as a judge for the 2015 Canadian Marketing Awards & Gala.
Baron is the Co-founder of Ensemble (www.ensembleco.com) the on-going and quarterly speaker series highlighting the future of communication, talent and experiences. He is a Professor of Marketing & Advertising at the Seneca School of Business in Toronto where his work is focused on audience behaviour, marketing integration and brand experience. He holds an MBA in Arts & Media Management from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
